2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • The claim must relate to manufacturing defects, internal damage or an item not as described.

  • We cannot accept returns for general wear-and-tear, misuse, or change of mind.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within the 10-day window from receipt.

  • Send the item back to us. (Courier charges will be covered by Pure Revamp in such cases.)

  • Email us at info@purerevamp.com with:

    • Your order ID / invoice number

    • A clear photograph of the product showing the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

4. Refund or Replacement Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your return/refund has been approved.

  • If approved: your refund will be processed within a few business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • If rejected: we’ll send you an email explaining the reason and may propose alternative solutions.

5. Replacement Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • We will replace items found to be damaged or defective at no additional cost.

  • Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue to initiate the replacement process.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances — for example, if only a portion of the purchase was defective or a minor fault is found — a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
